To be eligible for an incentive grant, the program administrator must receive your application within two weeks of your employment start date. While you choose where you want to work, it must be a location that is included on the current Vacancy Report.
If you meet these criteria and have not previously received an incentive grant through this program, you are eligible to apply for a grant.
Individuals filling a vacant and approved, temporary, full-time 12 month contract position and who meet the eligibility criteria to apply for an Incentive Grant are eligible to apply for a grant. Contracts must be a minimum of 12 months in length in order to be eligible. Temporary, part-time contract positions are not eligible under this program.
Due to the large volume of applicants, not every qualifying individual will necessarily be approved.
